An Evening to Commemorate the Restauration Crossings200 Voyage — with Captain and “Crew”

Join us for a memorable evening featuring key partners, speakers, live entertainment, and a 5-course dinner inspired by the historic travel route — complete with a welcome drink.
Several of our cultural partners will also perform musical pieces throughout the night.

  • Doors open & registration begins at 5:30 PM – with activities both indoors and outdoors
  • Main program starts at 6:45 PM (Please be seated by then)
  • Intermission & stage reset at 10:45 PM
  • Official program concludes at midnight
  • Country Music Revue concert by The Buffalo Bills continues until doors close at 1:30 AM

About the Fiskepiren location.
The historic Restauration vessel will be visible through the windows in the background, adding to the evening’s unique atmosphere.

🍽 Culinary Experience:
Enjoy a curated 5-course gourmet menu, developed in Stavanger with inspiration from 1825 and the original voyage. The menu blends history with modern Nordic flavors and features seasonal, high-quality ingredients.
Award-winning chef Karl Erik Pallesen and his team at Matboden are behind the menu.
Welcome drink: “Sølvsider” sparkling cider from Apal Sideri (Amr) – awarded World’s Best Sparkling Cider at the 2020 CiderWorld Awards in Frankfurt.

A variety of talented artists will bring vibrant musical entertainment to the stage, including:

Tore Pang and Izabell performing their new song Dra (“Leave”),

We invite you to enjoy maritime-themed elements like rustic bread, “a barrel of Madeira,” our Sailor Roast coffee, and a range of cultural expressions — all fostering good conversation at the table.

You’ll also get insight into the historical background of the voyage and our partnership with SOS Children’s Villages and the fundraising initiative Broken Dreams – A Light of Hope, a cause we are proud to support.

🔨 American Auction:
Take part in an exciting American-style auction featuring unique and exclusive items tied to the Restauration ship and its legacy.

The first part of the evening follows a more formal structure, while the second half shifts to a relaxed and informal celebration.

The night concludes with a Country Music Revue concert by The Buffalo Bills – a band assembled specifically for this Sailaway Event.
