Restauration Friends Association would like to extend our deepest and most heartfelt thanks to skipper Harold and the entire crew for an extraordinary effort in helping bring the vessel safely home to Norway. Restauration, Second Crossing – Home for Christmas.

With professionalism, care, and impressive endurance, you brought Restauration safely back to Norway following the association’s historic voyage from Stavanger to New York (1825–2025).

You also completed another historically demanding voyage, crossing challenging waters during the winter season.

Your teamwork, seamanship, and calmness in all situations made it possible to achieve yet another milestone: bringing the ship home in time for Christmas. Thank you for your dedication, commitment, and the heart you have put into returning the vessel to the Restauration Friends Association.

This is where she belongs—her connection, heritage, and identity lie here, in the island region of Stavanger and Ryfylke.
