Project Organization for the 2025 Voyage Planning

Project Leader and Leadership Team:

Project Leader: Ann Irene Sem-Henriksen. Direct email: crossings200@restauration.no

Project Group Leaders:

  • Head of Marketing and Fundraising Team: Cato Østerhus (responsible for securing funding for the voyage through partner packages, content of partner packages, departure/arrival events, product sales)
  • Head of Technical Team: Odd Kenneth Tollefsen (responsible for preparing the ship for the voyage, including technical installations, HSE, etc.) Direct email: technical@restauration.no
  • Head of Harbor Team: Cato Østerhus (responsible for liaising with the ports we call at, organizing events and programs, etc.) This includes:
    Fundraising Campaign “Broken Dreams – a Light of Hope,” led by Halvor Håvarstein.

Other Members of the Leadership Team:
Kjell Morten Ronæs (responsible for skipper, crew, sailing route, etc.).
Lars Inge Lunde (responsible for agreements, coordination, assisting the project leader, etc.)

Each project group includes several volunteers who help plan this exciting voyage and its related activities.

We are also part of the national network for the 2025 anniversary – Crossings 200 (in Norway) and indirectly in North America.
