Project Group Leaders:

  • Marketing and Fundraising Team: Cato Østerhus
    Responsible for securing funding for the voyage through partner packages, content of partner packages, departure/arrival events, product sales.
  • Technical Team: Odd Kenneth Tollefsen
    Responsible for preparing the ship for the voyage, including technical installations, HSE, etc.

  • Harbor Team: Cato Østerhus (responsible for liaising with the ports we call at, organizing events and programs, etc., as well as coordination with
    Fundraising Campaign “Broken Dreams – A Light Of Hope“, led by Halvor Håvarstein.

Kjell Morten Ronæs (skipper and responsible for crew, sailing route, etc.).
Lars Inge Lunde (responsible for agreements, coordination, assisting the project leader, etc.)

In addition to active members who contribute to the project, including through planning and hands-on volunteer work, we also have a number of resource persons and companies who contribute and collaborate with us.

We are also part of the national network for the 2025 anniversary – Crossings200 (in Norway) and indirectly in North America.

A L L work is carried out by unpaid volunteers, like the rest of the work in the Restauration Friends Association.
